The parcels will be delivered to the selected parcel machine during 2-4 working days.

Receiving the parcel

As soon as the parcel has arrived at the destination parcel machine, an SMS with all the necessary instructions on how to receive the parcel will be sent to the mobile phone number listed in the order. Then, you need to go to the respective parcel machine and enter the code received in the SMS on the touch screen display of the parcel machine. This will open the right locker door and the parcel is yours! The parcel needs to be picked up within 7 days from its arrival at the parcel machine.

• Delivery to OMNIVA parcel machine in Lithuania. Price 9,30 Eur.

Delivery is carried out within 3-5 days. Parcels will be held in storage for 7-14 days after the first delivery attempt or after the message sent

If you will not retrieve your parcel within the set storage deadline, it will be returned to the Sender

The weight of the package should not exceed 35 kg.

Courier service users will be delivered directly to the address indicated on the order (at your work or at home). Purchased goods are delivered six days a week (E-L) within 2-3 days after placing an order (except Sundays and smaller islands) between 9.00 and 21.00.

The exact time of delivery of the goods is agreed by the courier with you before the goods are delivered by phone. The package will be given to you on the basis of a unique code sent by SMS
